One code for public reviews. One for private feedback.
Create a Direct QR that takes customers straight to your Google review page, or a Feedback QR that collects private comments only you see. A daily scan count per code shows which spots actually work.
The short answer
The Magic QR tool creates two kinds of code. A Direct QR sends the customer to your Google review page in one scan. A Feedback QR opens a private form instead, for comments you want to hear but that do not belong in public. Every code counts its scans day by day, and customers who struggle to write can accept, edit or ignore an AI suggested draft of their review.
Why two kinds of code?
Some feedback belongs in public. A review raises the rating and the count the next customer sees before choosing.
Some belongs in private. A complaint about a slow lunch is something you want to hear and fix before it becomes a public review.
So there are two codes. Direct QR for the public review, Feedback QR for the private comment. You choose which one fits each counter, table or receipt.
One scan, straight to the review box.
The customer points a phone camera at the code and lands on your Google review page.
Searching your name, picking you out of three similar listings, then finding the review button loses people at every step. The code removes all three.
The complaint comes to you, not to Google.
A Feedback QR opens a short private form. What the customer writes goes to your dashboard and nowhere else.
An unhappy customer can tell you the problem right away, in the same moment they would otherwise have opened Google.
Every code keeps a daily count.
Each code keeps a daily scan log, so you see how many scans each placement, campaign and location produced.
If the counter card gets forty scans a week and the window sticker gets two, you no longer have to guess which spot works.
A draft for the customer stuck at the empty box.
Many happy customers do not know what to write when the empty text box appears. The tool can suggest a draft based on their real experience, which they can edit, use as it is, or ignore completely.
Nothing is posted unless the customer submits it. The suggestion only gets them past the blank screen.
On the counter, the bill, the box and the text.
Put codes on counters, bills, packaging, menus, tables, cards, and in SMS or email. Different codes for different places, so the analytics stay readable.
Multi location businesses and agencies manage every code from one dashboard, and each branch picks its own mix of Direct and Feedback codes.

Questions people ask
What is a Google review QR code?
A code holding the review link for your exact listing. Any phone camera opens it, no app needed, and the review box is already open when the page loads.
What is the Feedback QR for?
Private comments. The customer scans, writes, and the message lands in your dashboard instead of on a public page. Good for hearing problems while they are still fixable.
Is sending unhappy customers to a private form allowed?
Offering a private channel is fine. What Google forbids is filtering: checking who is happy first and showing the review link only to them. Use both codes openly and you stay inside the rules.
Do the codes expire?
No. The code holds a URL, so it works as long as that URL does, and a Google review link does not change unless the profile is recreated.
What do the analytics actually show?
A scan count per code for each day, plus totals per location. Print one code per spot and after a week the chart reads plainly: counter card 41, receipt 17, window sticker 2.
Is the suggested draft allowed?
If a business writes the whole review itself, that breaks Google rules. This tool only offers a first draft based on the customer's real experience, and the customer edits and approves the final review.
Your customer already agreed. Make the next step easy.
One scan takes them to your review page, a private form collects the complaints, and scan counts show which spots to keep. From $5.33 per location each month, three day trial.
