What would you like to ask?
Four kinds of message reach us most weeks. Tell us which one yours is and you will get a useful answer much faster.
A number does not look right
Tell us the location, the keyword, and what you expected to see. Nine times out of ten the answer is personalisation. Your own search is shaped by your account, your history and where you are standing. The scan has none of that, on purpose. We would rather explain why the two differ than have you quietly stop trusting the numbers.
How does the measurement actually work
Grid size, how far apart the points sit, and how often results refresh. What the average does and does not mean. Why one check from one spot tells you so little. If a number comes with a catch, we would rather tell you now than have you find it later. Ask anything. None of the method is secret.
Something is behaving oddly
Name the tool, the exact thing you typed, and what happened instead. That is almost always enough. Screenshots help but are rarely needed. If it is a rate limit rather than a fault, we will say so plainly.
A portfolio larger than the standard setup
Agency books, franchise estates and anything where locations sit across several clients need a conversation first. How the locations are grouped, who needs access to what, and which reports go to whom. The price per location does not change. The way it is set up does.

Not sure the measurement would tell you anything? Run one and find out. The free tools need no account. One grid reading for one keyword usually answers it faster than we can.
Or take a reading first and ask afterwards.
Most questions about the data answer themselves once there is a distribution to look at.
Before you write, try the guides. They answer most method questions. The 42 tools page shows what each one measures. For bigger portfolios, see multi location management. Costs are on the pricing page.
