What this tool does

Twenty unanswered reviews is twenty blank boxes, and each wants something slightly different said. So people reach for a template, and then eighty reviews carry the same sentence where anybody can scroll and see it.

A draft that has read the review avoids both problems. It names what the customer named. You correct it, add the thing only you know, and send.

How to use it

1

Paste the review you are replying to.

2

Choose the tone you want and generate a draft.

3

Add a specific detail the draft could not have known.

4

Cut anything that promises something you have not agreed to.

Worth knowing

Reply rate is public. Anybody comparing you with a competitor can see which reviews you answered and which you skipped, and skipping the negative ones is the most visible pattern of all.

Questions

What should I always change?

Anything that offers something, and add one detail only somebody who was there would know.

How should I reply to a one star review?

Short, calm, no arguing, and move the detail to a private message. Readers side with the customer in any public dispute.

Should I answer positive reviews too?

Yes. Answering only complaints is a visible pattern, and a brief thank you takes seconds.
