What this tool does
Two very different things arrive looking identical. A customer who had a genuinely bad experience, and a review from somebody who was never there. Both are one star.
Only one of them can be removed. Reporting a real complaint wastes your time and leaves the customer unanswered, which is the worse of the two outcomes.
How to use it
Paste the review and describe what actually happened, honestly.

If it qualifies, gather dates and specifics before reporting.
If it does not, reply properly. That is the only move left.
Worth knowing
Most reviews businesses want removed do not qualify, and the time spent trying would have been better spent on a reply. Knowing which is which quickly is the whole point.
