Publish your profile in the language your customers search in.
If you have locations in several countries, your profile should not be in English in all of them. The multi language tool publishes profile content in each market's own language, from the same dashboard you use for everything else.
The short answer
Multi language profiles let you publish Google Business Profile content in the language of each market you operate in. We support profiles in any country, in whatever language that market uses. So if you have branches in Montreal, Miami and Madrid, each one can describe your business in the language its own customers speak, and you still manage all of them from one dashboard.
Why does profile language matter?
People search in the language they think in. Someone looking for a plumber in Madrid types it in Spanish, and the result they trust reads back in Spanish.
A profile written only in English in a Spanish speaking city still shows up. It just reads like a business that is not really from there.
That is the whole cost of getting it wrong. The listing is fine, and the customer picks somebody who sounds like they belong there.
Descriptions, services and posts in the right language.
The description, the services and the posts go out in the language of the market they belong to.
Your branches in other countries no longer share one English version their own customers would never have written.
You do not need an account per region.
Connect a location from any country Google supports and it appears in the same list as your domestic ones. No regional login, no second subscription.
Regional teams stop keeping their own separate tools, and one export covers every country you operate in.
Different language, same business.
Publishing in several languages is where brand consistency usually breaks. Names get typed differently, services get renamed, opening hours get entered in the local format.
Brand consistency runs on these profiles like any other, so you catch drift across markets while each one keeps its own language.
Some markets need two languages at one address.
Plenty of cities do not use just one language. Miami, Montreal, Brussels and Zurich all have customers who search in more than one.
You choose the language for each location, not for the whole country. A branch in a two language city gets the one its own customers use.
The other 41 tools still cover these profiles.
Language does not push a location into a separate system. Rank tracking, reviews, posts and reports run on those profiles exactly as they do on the English ones.
The report that goes to headquarters covers every market together, because they were never separated in the first place.

Questions people ask
What does the multi language tool do?
It publishes the profile content in the language you choose for that location, which covers the description, the service names and the posts. It is the same listing either way, so its reviews and its history are untouched.
Does it work outside the United States?
Yes. Profiles from any country are supported, and they all sit together in one account.
What if one city speaks two languages?
Set the language on each location separately. Two branches in the same city can publish in French and in English, and changing one does not touch the other.
Will my brand look different in each market?
Only the wording changes. Your name and categories stay the same value everywhere, and if one market drifts from the rest, the brand consistency check is what flags it.
Do these locations report separately?
No. A Spanish language profile feeds the same portfolio totals as an English one, so a single report ranks every location side by side whatever language it publishes in.
Is there an extra charge for more languages?
No. Language is a setting on the location rather than an add on, so a branch publishing in four languages bills at the same rate as one publishing in English only.
In the wrong language for its city, a profile sends the call elsewhere.
Publish profile content in each market's language, keep the brand identical, and manage all of it from one place. From $5.33 per location each month, three day trial.
