2. No Guarantee of Rankings

Search engine rankings depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms and competitor activity. While we apply proven, ethical methods and work hard to improve your visibility, we do not and cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes. Any timelines or examples we share are estimates, not promises.

3. Client Responsibilities

To deliver our services, we may need timely access to your Google Business Profile, website, hosting, analytics, and accurate business information. You are responsible for providing this access and for the accuracy of information you supply. Delays in providing access or information may affect delivery timelines.

4. Fees & Payment

Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are set out in your proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable on receipt. We reserve the right to pause services for overdue accounts.

5. Intellectual Property

Content and materials on this website are owned by Local Rank Checker and protected by applicable laws. Deliverables created specifically for you become yours upon full payment, except for our pre-existing tools, methods, and know-how, which remain ours.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Our services rely on third-party platforms such as Google. We are not responsible for changes, outages, suspensions, or policy decisions made by those platforms, though we will always work to help resolve issues where we can.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Local Rank Checker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the services in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may end an ongoing engagement with reasonable notice as set out in your agreement. Fees for work already performed remain payable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
