An agency does not buy local SEO software the way a single business does. A dentist pays the sticker price once and is done. An agency pays it multiplied by its client list, again by its head count, and then pays a third time to put its own name on the report it sells. Three pricing mechanics do most of the damage, and none of them appear in the headline number.
Pricing checked September 2026 against each vendor’s own published page or, where a vendor publishes nothing, the row says so. No ratings or review counts appear anywhere on this page, because none could be verified to a standard worth publishing.
Per seat charges. Semrush Local lists additional users at $20 per user per month, so every teammate you add puts another $20 on the invoice before a single location is tracked. SearchAtlas includes one seat on its $99 Starter plan and three on the $199 Growth plan. Localo Pro connects up to 60 profiles but includes 30 optimization seats, and the smaller allowance is the one that binds. Seat pricing taxes hiring, and hiring is the growth that brings no new revenue with it.
Per location pricing that scales against you. BrightLocal Grow is $59 per location per month, which is sensible at three locations and $449 a month at fifty. Semrush Local Pro at $60 per location makes a ten location book $600 a month. Yext runs $199 to $999 per location per year on its self serve tiers. When the bill grows exactly as fast as the client list, the tools line never gets more efficient.
White label held for the top tiers. What an agency actually sells is a report with its own logo, and vendors price accordingly. Synup gates white labeling behind Premium at $299 a month. SearchAtlas holds it until Pro at $399. Semrush Local sells it as a $20 monthly add on. GMBapi reserves it for a quoted custom tier with no published price. A feature that costs a vendor almost nothing to switch on is routinely the reason an agency pays triple.
This comparison puts fifteen platforms next to our own, Local Rank Checker, on exactly those questions: entry price, price shape, white label, seat cost, and how hard the contract is to leave.
Quick picks by agency shape
If you already know your shape, start here. Every figure is backed by the full table below, and three of the six picks are not us.
| Agency shape | Pick | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Solo freelancer, one to three clients | Local Rank Checker | $16 a month for one location, and a flat $37 covers two to seven. White label and team seats are included from the first dollar. |
| Boutique agency, under ten clients | Local Rank Checker | The flat $37 band reaches seven locations, then $5.33 each from eight, so ten locations is $53.30 a month with nothing gated. |
| 25 to 50 locations | Local Rank Checker | Fifty locations is $266.50 a month with white label and unlimited seats in, against $449 for BrightLocal Grow and $899 for Synup Scale. Localo Agency is cheaper still at a flat $169 if its thirty optimization seat cap fits how you work, and that trade is covered in its profile below. |
| Franchise specialist, hundreds of locations | GMBapi | Published rates fall to $4.50 per location at 201 and above, unlimited users are included, and bulk editing and bulk verification are built for portfolios. Budget four months, since cancellation opens after month three. |
| Budget constrained | RightChoice.AI | $20 a month covers two profiles, $30 covers five, and its Agency tier is $6 per location monthly. Usage caps are tight and AI features are metered. |
| Geo grid specialist | Local Falcon | Credit packages from about $25 a month. It manages no profiles, reviews or listings, and if a heat map is the entire deliverable, that does not matter. |
How we judged them
The disclosure first: Local Rank Checker is our product. We build it, we price it, and leaving it off this list would be stranger than including it. Read everything here knowing the author has a side. What we have done to earn your attention anyway is publish the pricing and terms for all sixteen tools, name the competitor that wins wherever one genuinely does, and hold our own numbers to the same standard we demand from everyone else.
The judging is commercial, not feature by feature. Everything on this page tracks rankings, touches reviews and publishes posts, so a feature checklist decides very little. What separates these tools for an agency is what the entry price includes, how the price is shaped, per location, flat band, credits or quote only, which tier white label sits on, what an extra seat costs, and how hard it is to stop paying when a client leaves. Those are the five columns in the table below.
Every price comes from the vendor’s own published pages, checked August 2026. Where a vendor publishes nothing, the row says not published. The few third party figures we could not avoid are marked as reported, and we never estimate a competitor’s price.
No star ratings, review counts or customer numbers appear anywhere on this page. We cannot verify them, and a ratings column on a page owned by one of the vendors being rated is marketing dressed up as measurement. Pricing and terms can be checked against each vendor’s site. Stars cannot. If you want to check our numbers directly, the three day trial needs no card.

| Local Falcon | About $25 (credit package) | Credits | Not published | Not published | Monthly |
| Moz Local | $20 per location (Lite) | Per location | Not published | Not published | Monthly or annual |
| Yext | $199 per location per year (Emerging) | Per location, annual only | Not published | Not published | Annual, 12 or 24 month minimums |
| Birdeye | Not published; reported from $299 per location per month on annual billing | Per location, quote only | Not published | Not published | Annual; auto renews unless written notice 90 days before renewal |
| Uberall | Not published, quote on request | Quote only, 25 location minimum | Not published | Not published | Annual, 25 location minimum |
Semrush Local’s published rates are its annual billing rates; a month to month rate is not published. Localo quotes prices plus VAT. GMBapi and RightChoice.AI localize pricing by region, and US rates are shown. Birdeye publishes no rate card, so its figure is third party reported. Pricing checked August 2026.
The tools in depth
The comparison table gives you the row. This section gives you the reasoning, tool by tool, with the bill computed at ten and at fifty client locations, because that is where a plan that looked cheap at signup starts deciding your margin. For scale as you read: Local Rank Checker is $53.30 a month at ten locations and $266.50 at fifty, on the $5.33 each rate that applies from eight locations up. Local Rank Checker is our product, so read our math with the same suspicion you would read anyone’s, and the three day trial needs no card if you want to check it.
Uberall
Uberall is an enterprise location marketing platform sold in three packages with paid add ons for Google and Apple posting, local pages, messaging, and social ads. It publishes no pricing, offers no free plan and no trial, and quotes on request.
The agency math at ten locations is simple: you cannot buy it. Uberall has a 25 location minimum, so a ten client book of single locations is priced out entirely. At fifty locations the answer is a quote, and there is no published rate card to anchor it against, which means the price is whatever the sales conversation produces and the renewal is negotiated from the same blind position.
White label terms and seat pricing are not published either, and contracts are annual.
For an agency, this shape of buying carries a cost beyond the invoice. You cannot forecast a client’s tooling cost before you pitch, and you cannot test the product before you commit. Choose it over Local Rank Checker when your clients are chains of 25 locations or more, you want a managed enterprise package with those add ons, and someone on your side runs procurement for a living.
BrightLocal
BrightLocal is the longest running platform in this category, covering audits, rank tracking, citations, review management, and client portals, and those portals are part of the product, so white label client access does not require an upgrade. Seat pricing is not published.
The headline prices are Track $39, Manage $49, and Grow $59 per location per month, but the tiers gate features. Listings sync starts at Manage and review management only arrives on Grow, so the plan most agencies actually need is the $59 one. At the headline rate, ten locations on Grow is $590 a month, though BrightLocal discounts by location band as counts rise. The published scale shows Track running from $39 at one location to $249 at the 41 to 50 band, and Grow at fifty locations is $449 a month, or $336.75 on annual billing. Annual billing saves up to about 26 percent.
Terms are monthly or annual, with a fourteen day trial and no card. Choose it over Local Rank Checker when you want reviews, citations, and audits under one roof from the vendor with the longest history here, and the per location bill at your client count still clears your retainer math.
Yext
Yext sells listings management to brands on annual contracts, and everything about the way it is bought is built for enterprises rather than agencies.
The self serve tiers run from $199 to $999 per location per year. Ten locations therefore spans $1,990 to $9,990 a year depending on tier, and fifty spans $9,950 to $49,950. Third parties report typical deals at ten to fifty locations landing between $600 and $1,500 per location per year, above the self serve card, but Yext publishes nothing at that level, so treat those figures as reported rather than confirmed.
White label availability and seat pricing are not published. The contract is the real issue for an agency. Billing is annual only with twelve or twenty four month minimums, which means the software can outlast the client. Lose the account in month four and you keep paying for it until the term ends.
Choose it over Local Rank Checker when the client is an enterprise that demands an annual vendor agreement, legal review, and a name its procurement team already knows, and when the client rather than your margin is paying the bill.
Moz Local
Moz Local is a listings and citations tool rather than a full local SEO platform, and it is priced like the utility it is.
Lite is $20, Preferred $30, and Elite $40 per location per month, with annual billing bringing those to roughly $14 to $33. Ten locations runs $200 to $400 a month depending on tier, and fifty runs $1,000 to $2,000. One data aggregator is included, and additional aggregators are $4 a month each, available on Preferred and Elite in the US only.
White label reporting and seat pricing are not published, which for an agency usually means planning as if neither exists. Terms are monthly or annual.
The thing to be clear eyed about is scope. The vendor positions it as listings and citations, not a full suite, so it supplements a reporting and tracking platform rather than replacing one. Choose it over Local Rank Checker when the engagement is specifically citation distribution and aggregator submission, you already report from something else, and $20 to $40 per location fits inside what the client pays for that line item.
Whitespark
Whitespark sells local SEO as separate products rather than one platform, and its citation work is why many agencies know the name.
The math is unusual, because the local rank tracker starts at $25 a month and covers unlimited domains and locations, which makes it the same price at ten client locations as at fifty. On pure rank tracking economics, nothing else in this article touches that. The rest of the job is where subscriptions stack. The reputation product starts at $79 a month separately, and whether it scales per location is not published. A managed Google Business Profile service runs $497 a month, and a Yext replacement citation service is $349 per location.
White label terms and seat pricing are not published. Everything is month to month, so there is no exit problem to plan around.
The honest framing is that this is components, not a platform, and assembling the whole agency job means several products, several bills, and several logins. Choose it over Local Rank Checker when citation building is the specific deliverable you sell, or when unlimited location rank tracking at $25 a month is the only piece your stack is missing.
Local Falcon
Local Falcon is a geo grid rank scanner and nothing else, and it is honest about that.
There is no per location price to compute, because it does not charge per location. Credit packages run from about $25 to $200 a month for roughly 7,500 to 63,000 credits, and scans consume credits by grid size and frequency. Ten clients scanned monthly on small grids sits near the bottom of that range, while fifty clients on weekly large grids is a different bill entirely, so the real math is scans per month times grid size against the credit allowance, and you should run it before quoting a retainer.
It manages no profiles, no reviews, and no listings, so agencies almost always run it alongside a platform rather than instead of one, and pay for both. White label and seat terms are not published. Billing is monthly.
Choose it over Local Rank Checker when the heat map is the entire deliverable and you want the deepest version of that one thing. If your retainer includes anything more, reviews, posting, listings, you will be paying for a second tool alongside it.
Birdeye
Birdeye is a reputation, messaging, and listings platform aimed at multi location brands, with review coverage across more than 200 sites and vertical integrations that fire review requests off real appointment and invoice data in healthcare, dental, automotive, and property management systems.
It publishes no pricing at all. The pricing page is a lead capture form, and every dollar figure in circulation is third party. Reported figures put Starter at $299, Growth at $349, and Dominate at $449 per location per month, which at the reported Starter rate would make ten locations $2,990 a month and fifty $14,950.
Those figures are reported, not vendor published, and third parties also report paid add ons and onboarding fees on top. Budget from a written quote only.
The exit terms come from Birdeye’s own terms page. Agreements are annual and auto renew for the same period as the original term unless written notice arrives at least 90 days before renewal, and its terms state that payment obligations cannot be canceled and payments are not refunded. White label and seat pricing are not published. The 30 day module trials for its social and review products do not cover the integrated platform a quote is actually for.
Choose it over Local Rank Checker when a large multi location brand needs those system integrations and someone reads the renewal clause before signing.
Semrush Local
Semrush Local is a per location local SEO toolkit that, contrary to common assumption, can be bought on its own without a core Semrush subscription.
The published rates are Local Base at $30 and Local Pro at $60 per location per month, shown as billed annually, and the month to month rate is not published. The tier line matters, because listings distribution and review tools are Pro only, so the real entry price for a full local workflow is $60. Ten locations on Pro is $600 a month and fifty is $3,000, before add ons. The add ons are exactly the agency shaped ones: white label reporting requires the Pro Report add on at $20 a month, since the $10 Base Report keeps Semrush branding, and additional users are $20 each per month.
The trial is seven days and wants a card, though the free Map Rank Tracker tier, one campaign on a five by five grid, can be tested without one. No minimum term is published and cancellation is self service, but Semrush’s own documentation says synced listings drift back to each directory’s normal data after you cancel, so the citation work does not fully persist.
Choose it over Local Rank Checker when your team already lives inside Semrush and local rankings belong in the same reports as your organic data.
Local Viking
Local Viking is a Google Business Profile management platform built around GeoGrid visibility scanning and bulk posting, sold by listing count rather than by seat.
The agency math. Ten listings fit the $59 Starter plan, but white label reporting does not arrive until Pro at $99 for twenty listings, so the real ten client price for branded deliverables is $99. Fifty listings overshoot the $149 Agency plan, which stops at forty, and land on Enterprise at $200 for up to seventy. Local Rank Checker bills $16 for one location, a flat $37 for two to seven, and $5.33 each from eight up, so ten locations is $53.30 a month and fifty is $266.50. At fifty, Local Viking is the cheaper platform by $66.50 a month, and we would rather tell you that than have you find it later.
White label and seats. White label starts at Pro. Seat pricing is not published, and usage is metered by keyword and GeoGrid credits on top of the listing cap.
Contract and exit. Monthly, with no advertised trial, so evaluating it costs a month.
The vendor’s pricing page now redirects to app.localoptics.com under the Local Optics brand. Confirm the current product and billing entity before you sign.
Choose it over Local Rank Checker when bulk posting with spintax and grid history with timelapse replay are the core deliverables, or when a book near fifty listings makes its flat $200 the better price and its credit allowance covers your scan schedule.
GMBapi
GMBapi is a bulk Google Business Profile manager from the Netherlands, built for editing, posting and verifying listings across large portfolios, with unlimited users on every plan.
The agency math. Its bands are published openly: $16 at one location, $14 each at two to ten, $11.50 each at eleven to fifty, falling to $4.50 each at 201 and above. Ten client locations is $140 a month and fifty is $575, against $53.30 and $266.50 on Local Rank Checker. The crossover is real but distant: past 200 locations its $4.50 undercuts our $5.33, and at that scale GMBapi is the sharper price. The citations add on is heavy at small counts, an extra $30 per location at one.
White label and seats. White label sits on the quoted custom tier only, not the published plans. Seats are unlimited and included, same as ours.
Contract and exit. The vendor’s own FAQ allows cancellation only after your third month with a month of notice, so the realistic minimum spend is four months. Annual billing gives two months free, and the trial is fourteen days with no card.
Choose it over Local Rank Checker when your portfolio runs into the hundreds, or when bulk operations across a franchise, including bulk profile verification, are the actual job.
Localo
Localo, formerly Surfer Local, is a Google Business Profile app with the clearest interface in the category and a weekly prioritized task list it calls Smart Tasks.
The agency math. There are two plans and nothing between them. Single Business covers exactly one profile at $49 a month, so ten clients means Pro at $169 monthly or $149 billed annually, which connects up to sixty profiles. Fifty clients is still the same $169, which beats Local Rank Checker at $266.50, and honesty requires saying so. Prices are quoted plus VAT.
White label and seats. White label client reports are included, not gated. The catch is the seat structure: Pro includes thirty optimization seats against sixty connected profiles, and the smaller number binds, so at fifty locations twenty of them sit connected but not actively worked in a given cycle.
Contract and exit. Monthly or annual with no minimum term, cancellation any time, and a thirty day money back guarantee. The trial is fourteen days with no card, so testing it against Local Rank Checker’s three day trial, also no card, costs nothing but time.
Choose it over Local Rank Checker when you run thirty two to sixty profiles and the flat $169 undercuts us, or when the person doing the work is not a specialist and needs the weekly task list.
Synup
Synup is a listings and local marketing platform that syndicates business data to more than 100 directories, maps and in car navigation systems, now fronted by an AI agent called Sydekick.
The agency math. Pricing runs in location bands. Ten clients fill the Premium band exactly, $299 a month or $239 billed annually. Fifty fill Scale at $899, or $719 annually. Local Rank Checker is $53.30 and $266.50 at the same counts. The band edges are the trap: a second location jumps you from $49 to $299, an eleventh from $299 to $499, and a twenty sixth to $899, so the wrong side of a boundary is expensive.
White label and seats. White label starts at Premium and goes genuinely deep, your own domain, a branded client portal, and team seats scoped per client.
Contract and exit. Monthly by default, and you can leave at the end of a billing period. Annual saves 20 percent. Agent work is metered in credits on top of the band price, and the trial is fourteen days with no card and no sales call.
The advertised credit allowances are a launch promotion, quadrupled for accounts created on or before September 30.
Choose it over Local Rank Checker when distribution breadth is the deliverable. Waze, TomTom, Garmin and in car navigation systems are surfaces we and most of this list simply do not reach.
SearchAtlas
SearchAtlas is a general SEO suite built around OTTO, an agent that applies technical and on page fixes directly to a live site, with Google Business Profile work as one module among many.
The agency math is awkward here because it prices by OTTO projects and seats, not locations. Plans run Starter $99, Growth $199, Pro $399 and Agency $999 a month. On the per site rates, ten client sites cost $59 each, $590 a month, and fifty fall into the $49 band, $2,450 a month, against $53.30 and $266.50 on Local Rank Checker. GBP automations are also quota capped per plan, from three a month on Starter to 100 on Agency, so heavy posting pushes you up tiers by quota rather than by need.
White label and seats. White label arrives at Pro, $399. Seats are one on Starter, three on Growth, five on Pro and ten on Agency.
Contract and exit. Month to month on the vendor’s own page. An annual discount is reported by third parties but not published by the vendor. The trial is seven days, and the vendor’s material and third party listings disagree on whether it wants a card.
Choose it over Local Rank Checker when you are buying the whole SEO job, audits, backlinks, content and deployed on site fixes, and local is a line item inside it rather than the point.
RightChoice.AI
RightChoice.AI is a budget local SEO and listings platform whose distinguishing feature is visibility tracking inside AI assistants, ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude, alongside ordinary Google rankings.
The agency math is the closest race on this page. The Agency tier is pay as you go at $6 per location monthly or $5 billed annually, so ten locations is $60 a month, or $50 annually, and fifty is $300, or $250. Local Rank Checker is $53.30 and $266.50 monthly, and $47.97 and $239.85 with our 10 percent annual discount, so we stay narrowly cheaper at both counts, but nobody should pretend the gap is large.
White label and seats. The Agency tier includes white label accounts, bulk listing management and verification support. Seat counts are not published.
Contract and exit. Monthly or annual, cancellation any time with no fee, and service runs to the end of the paid period. The trial is seven days with no card, offered on select plans.
Prices are geo detected at page load, so the figures above are the US dollar values. Directory syndication is advertised at Bing plus around 20 directories, narrower than dedicated listings tools, and the company is based in India, worth knowing if you need same time zone phone support.
Choose it over Local Rank Checker when AI assistant visibility reporting is a deliverable your clients are already asking for, because it ships that today at a price that undercuts almost everything here except us.
Local Dominator
Local Dominator is a geo grid rank tracking platform that bundles AI visibility tracking across ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Perplexity, Claude and Grok into every paid tier.
The agency math. Ten profiles overshoot the five profile Advance plan and land on Pro at $97 a month, which covers twenty profiles. Fifty profiles overshoot Powerhouse at forty five and land on Enterprise at $399 for up to 100. Local Rank Checker is $53.30 at ten and $266.50 at fifty, so we are cheaper at both, but the middle belongs to them: at twenty profiles, Pro’s flat $97 beats our $106.60.
White label and seats. White label and API access start at Pro, with ten seats there and twenty five on Enterprise. The plan price is a floor, not the bill: scans consume monthly credits by grid size and frequency, 5,000 on Lite and 30,000 on Pro, with top ups from $100 per 10,000, and citations are a separate $35 a month add on.
Contract and exit. Monthly or annual with two months free on annual, cancel any time. Evaluation is easy, a seven day trial with no card plus a free demo mode.
Choose it over Local Rank Checker when AI tracking across six assistants is the report your clients want, or when your book sits near twenty clients and the flat $97 with white label included is simply the better price.
The math at your client count
Headline rates mean little until they are multiplied by a real book. Here is the total monthly bill at four sizes, computed from the vendors’ published rates. BrightLocal prices Grow on a discounting ladder and we could verify only two rungs, so the rest of its column says not verified rather than a guess.
| Client locations | Local Rank Checker | BrightLocal Grow | Moz Local Preferred | Yext Essential |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 | $53.30 | Not verified | $300 | $374.17 ($4,490 billed annually) |
| 25 | $133.25 | Not verified | $750 | $935.42 ($11,225 billed annually) |
| 50 | $266.50 | $449 ($336.75 on annual billing) | $1,500 | $1,870.83 ($22,450 billed annually) |
| 100 | $533.00 | Not verified | $3,000 | $3,741.67 ($44,900 billed annually) |
Monthly billing unless noted, checked August 2026. Local Rank Checker takes 10 percent off on annual billing, and Moz publishes lower annual rates too. Yext sells annually only, on 12 or 24 month minimums, so its column is the monthly equivalent of the annual bill. Third parties report negotiated 10 to 50 location Yext deals at $600 to $1,500 per location per year. BrightLocal’s verified rungs are $59 per location at one location and $449 a month at 50.
Local Rank Checker is the lowest figure in every row, which would be a convenient place to stop. Two things keep the table honest. These four are not selling identical work. Moz Local is a listings and citations product rather than a full suite, so its column prices a smaller job, and Yext’s cost buys an annual, enterprise shaped agreement some procurement departments want. And BrightLocal’s ladder means the $59 headline badly overstates a large book. Verified at 50 locations, Grow is $449 a month, not $2,950, and $336.75 on annual billing, the number to weigh against our $266.50.
Local Rank Checker is also not the cheapest everywhere. Past 200 locations, GMBapi’s published $4.50 per location beats our $5.33, and still beats the roughly $4.80 our annual discount produces. At exactly 20 locations, Local Dominator Pro covers the book for $97 a month, $80.83 on annual billing, against our $106.60, though Pro is credit metered and citations are a $35 add on. And if grid rank tracking is your entire deliverable, Whitespark’s $25 tracker covers unlimited locations and undercuts every column here. The middle of the table, ten to a hundred locations with white label and seats included, is where we think we win, with one honest exception inside it: Localo Agency holds a flat $169 with white label included, which beats our raw price from thirty two profiles up if its thirty optimization seat cap suits your workflow. The edges belong to others.
Five questions that expose a bad agency contract
Ask these before the demo ends, in writing.
Which tier is the white label on?
The plan the branded report sits on is your real entry price. It is included on Local Rank Checker and on Localo. It starts at $97 on Local Dominator, $99 on Local Viking, the exact tiers and figures are in the comparison table above, and the pattern is what matters: the feature agencies need most is the one most often held for the expensive plan. A $39 headline with a $299 white label rung is a $299 tool.
What does the tenth seat cost?
Semrush Local charges $20 per extra user. SearchAtlas includes one seat on Starter and three on Growth. Localo Pro counts 30 optimization seats against 60 connected profiles, and a deactivated seat does not free up until the next billing date. Local Rank Checker and GMBapi include unlimited users. Price the team you will have in a year, not the founder who sat through the demo.
What does leaving actually take?
Yext sells annually only, on 12 or 24 month minimums. Birdeye’s own terms auto renew for the full original term with a 90 day written notice window, the terms covered in the Birdeye profile above. GMBapi’s FAQ allows cancellation only after your third month, with a month of notice on top. None of this is hidden, just unread.
What happens when the credits run out?
A plan price is a floor wherever usage is metered. Synup pauses agent work when credits run out until you buy more, and its advertised allowances are a launch promotion, quadrupled only for accounts created on or before September 30. Local Dominator sells top ups at $100 per 10,000 credits, and SearchAtlas refills AI points at $19 per 500. Metering is not dishonest, but quote client retainers off the metered forecast, not the sticker.
What is the bill at double your client count?
Band pricing punishes growing by one. On Synup, the band jumps land exactly where a growing agency lands, and the Synup profile above walks the $49 to $899 ladder. On Localo there is nothing between one profile at $49 and Pro at $169. Run the math at twice your current book before signing. On Local Rank Checker doubling is linear and boring, 25 locations is $133.25 and 50 is $266.50, and boring is what you want in this row of the spreadsheet.
Switching without a migration
Almost nothing you would call data lives in these tools. Reviews sit on the client’s Google profile, rankings exist in Google’s results and the tool only measures them, and the profile itself belongs to the client’s Google account. Switching is an authorization, not a transfer, and the sunk cost argument for staying in a bad contract is weaker than it feels.
The practical method is overlap. Run the new tool during its trial with the old subscription still live, point both at the same two or three client profiles, and compare scans and reports, cross checking a position with the free tools on this site if they disagree. The one history you lose is the old tool’s scan archive, so save the reports you may need before access ends.
Before canceling anything, check one thing: whether any deliverable is gated to the subscription. Listings sync is the classic case. Semrush’s own cancellation documentation states that after you cancel, listing data remains in the directories and becomes subject to each publisher’s normal data compilation process, which may cause listings to change over time. That sync and revert model is common, so ask any listings vendor, in writing, what happens to the citations you paid for on the day you stop paying.
Questions agencies actually ask
Can we resell Local Rank Checker to clients at a markup?
Yes, and the pricing model is built for it. The bill tracks locations, not your revenue, so your markup is your business. Ten client locations cost $53.30 a month, which one client’s normal reporting line covers on its own, and the white label report keeps your agency as the visible provider.
Who owns the client’s data if we stop using Local Rank Checker?
The client does, because the assets never lived in the tool. The profile, its reviews and its history stay with the Google account that owns the profile, which should be the client’s, with your agency added as a manager. What lives inside Local Rank Checker is measurement. Billing is monthly, so leaving is a cancellation, not a negotiation.
Does each client get its own workspace?
Yes. Each client is managed separately, with its own locations, keywords, reports and history, so an offboarded client can be removed cleanly without touching anyone else’s setup.
Can contractors and part time staff have their own logins?
Yes, and they cost nothing. Team members are unlimited on the one plan with no per seat charge, so an overseas VA, a freelance report writer and a new account manager change the bill by exactly zero. Under per seat pricing the same hires become a cost line.
What happens to our bill when a client fires us?
You remove the location and the bill follows. From eight locations up, each one removed takes $5.33 off the monthly total. Inside the two to seven band the price stays a flat $37 until you cross a band edge, and a single remaining location bills at $16. Billing is monthly, so a departed client does not linger on the bill the way one does on an annual per location contract.
Does white label cover the domain the client sees, or just the report?
Test it, on us and on everyone else. A branded PDF is table stakes. The tell is the URL on a shared live report, so send a report to your own inbox during any trial and read the link. If you need the entire portal on your own agency domain, Synup’s partner suite is the deepest published version, your domain, no vendor branding, a branded client portal, from its $299 Premium tier.
Where Local Rank Checker fits, plainly
Local Rank Checker is our product, and this page argues one position: agency margin is decided by white label, seats and exit terms more than by feature lists. Every tool is on the one plan, white label reporting and unlimited team members are included, and billing is monthly. One location is $16 a month, two to seven is a flat $37, and from eight it is $5.33 each, so 50 client locations run $266.50 and 100 run $533, with 10 percent off on annual billing. The trial is three days with no card, shorter than the fourteen day trials at Localo, Synup and GMBapi, but enough to connect a book and send yourself a white label report. Start the three day trial, and if we are not the fit, the table above tells you who to call instead.
