Portfolio view
# Every client on one screen, worst first.
The portfolio view puts every client and location you manage in one place, sorted by what needs attention. Each client sits in its own space, each person sees the right locations, and you switch between them in a click.

One view of everythingWorst first sortingA space per client

## The short answer
The portfolio view shows every client and location you manage on one screen, grouped by brand, region or franchisee. Sort it worst first and the accounts that need help rise to the top. Each client lives in its own space with the right access for the right people, and you can open any single location from the full portfolio with one click.

What it is
## What is a portfolio view?
If you manage forty accounts, you have to check forty times how each one is doing. Without one screen that holds them all, attention goes to whichever client emailed last.

The quiet account is the dangerous one. It never complains, so nobody checks it, and clients often go quiet just before they cancel.

With a portfolio view, you decide which client to help based on data, not on who emailed last. The list is sorted by what changed, so an account that got worse without saying anything sits above one that sent three messages.

Who really needs you

01 · One screen
## All the clients you manage, in one place.
Every location you manage appears in the same view, whether that is six locations for one brand or two hundred across forty clients.

Grouping follows how you work: by client, by brand, by region or by franchisee.

02 · Worst first
## The weakest accounts rise to the top.
Sort the portfolio by what slipped, and the locations that need help rise to the top: falling rankings, unanswered reviews, incomplete profiles.

You spend Monday morning on the five accounts that moved, instead of scrolling forty that did not.

03 · A space per client
## Separate rooms, one building.
Each client sits in its own space. Their locations, their reviews, their reports, kept apart from every other client.

Switching between spaces takes a click, and nothing from one client ever appears in front of another.

04 · The right access
## Each person sees only their part of the portfolio.
Give the right people the right access: an account manager sees their clients, a branch manager sees one location, and you see everything.

People work under their own logins, so the change history says who did what.

## From the portfolio to one location in a click.
The portfolio shows which accounts need attention. Click into an account to see why: the rankings, reviews, audit score and recent work for that one location.

The reports manager appears next to it, filtered by status, schedule and client, so your reporting tasks are visible in the same place.

FAQ
## Questions people ask

**Q: How many locations can the portfolio hold?**
Hundreds. The grouping and sorting are what keep it readable, not the count.

**Q: What does worst first actually sort by?**
What changed for the worse: falling rankings, growing unanswered reviews, audit scores that dropped. The point is that trouble rises to the top instead of hiding in the list.

**Q: Can clients see each other?**
No. Each client has its own private space, and access settings let each person see only the accounts they manage.

**Q: Why include dormant accounts?**
An inactive account is easy to forget and expensive to lose. In the portfolio its numbers still get read, even when nobody is talking about it.

**Q: How is this different from the multi location report?**
The portfolio is the live screen you work from. The report is the document you send. The portfolio tells you where to act today, and the report shows a client or franchisor what happened over the period.

**Q: Does it work for a single brand with branches?**
Yes. Use regions instead of clients and the same view works for a franchise or a chain: every branch in one list, with the weakest at the top.

## The client who cancels is usually the one nobody checked on.
Every client on one screen, sorted by who needs you, with the silent ones still on the list. From $5.33 per location each month, three day trial.
