### Worth knowing
Asking in person works better than any message. The gap between the customer saying yes and reaching the review box is where it fails, and a code closes that gap entirely.

## Questions

### Do QR codes expire?
The code holds a URL, so it works as long as that URL does. A Google review link does not change unless the profile is recreated.

### Where should I put them?
Wherever the customer says yes. Counter, receipt, invoice, van door. Placement matters more than the design.

### Can I offer a discount for scanning?
No. That makes it an incentivised review, which breaks Google rules and can cost you the reviews you already have.
