Media scheduler
# Photos and video, queued once and published on a schedule.
Upload the batch when you have it, pick the locations, and set when each item goes live. The profile keeps getting fresh pictures long after the photographer went home.

Photos and videoAcross selected locationsScheduled in advance

## The short answer
The media scheduler holds a queue of photos and video and publishes them to your Google Business Profiles on a schedule you set. You upload once and choose which locations each item belongs to. That turns a folder of images sitting on somebody's laptop into months of profile activity, without anyone logging in to upload.

What it is
## Why do profile photos stop?
Almost every business photographs its work at the start. New signage, a finished job, the team, the space customers walk into. Those pictures go up in the first month.

Then nothing. Not because the photos ran out. Uploading them never has a due date, so it keeps getting pushed behind the jobs that do.

A queue fixes that. The pictures you already took get spread across the months ahead, and the profile keeps getting new pictures while you focus on the job.

01 · The queue
## Upload in a batch, publish over time.
Both formats go into a queue in one sitting. You upload when you have the files and a spare hour, which is almost never the day they should go live, so the queue holds them until then.

From there the schedule does the publishing, item by item, without you.

02 · Video queues like a photo
## The format most local profiles skip.
Most local profiles have no video at all. It is not that nobody filmed anything, it is that uploading the clip is one more thing to remember.

It queues exactly like a photo does, so a clip of the workshop sits in the schedule beside the still images from the same visit.

03 · Across the locations you pick
## Brand wide or branch by branch.
Some pictures belong everywhere: a new logo, a seasonal offer, a product every branch sells. Others belong to one address only, like a photo of that storefront.

So each item is assigned to the locations it fits, and a brand image reaches thirty profiles without thirty uploads.

04 · Why steady beats bulk
## Forty photos in one day looks like a one-time push.
Publishing the whole folder on a Tuesday gives you one active day and eleven quiet months.

Spread the same forty items across the year and the profile looks active all year. That is what the business actually is.

05 · Who it helps most
## Anyone who has the photos but not the time.
A single owner uses it to turn one photo session into a year of profile activity. An agency uses it to keep thirty client profiles stocked with pictures without sitting down to upload every week.

Either way the queue is the point. Once media is in it, the schedule does the publishing.

FAQ
## Questions people ask

**Q: What can I schedule?**
Photos and video. Aim for the ordinary stuff as well as the showpieces: the van outside a job, the counter, the finished repair. Those are the ones that give the queue something to publish in February.

**Q: How far ahead can I plan?**
As far ahead as the queue stretches. People commonly upload a batch after a photo session and space it across the following few months, so one session keeps the profile posting without another upload.

**Q: Can one photo go to every location?**
Yes. Assign it to all of them and it reaches every profile from that one upload, which is the whole saving when you run thirty locations and a new logo needs to appear on all of them.

**Q: How is this different from the dripfeed?**
The scheduler is where you build the queue and set the schedule it publishes on. The dripfeed releases that queue gradually on its own once it is switched on. The same media works with either.

**Q: Do photos actually help a profile?**
They give customers something to judge before they call, and a profile with current pictures reads as a business that is open and working. They will not outrank a competitor on their own.

**Q: What should I photograph?**
The work itself, the premises inside and out, the team, and anything customers ask about before booking. Photograph what your own business actually looks like, because a customer can tell a stock image at a glance.

## The photos are already on somebody's phone.
Queue them once, assign the locations, and let one photo session keep your profiles posting all year. From $5.33 per location each month, three day trial.
